Autumn Calabrese was born September 23rd September, 1980 Cleveland Ohio United States of America. Libra was her birth sign. In later years she shifted her focus from dancing to fitness. Over the course of her lengthy and successful career she devised a plan known as the The 21 Day Fix. It's very well-known among those who love fitness. Other routines she has included are the HIT workout 21 Day Fix and 21 day Fix EXTREME, and others. Her cookbook FIXATE and her exercise routines are equally popular.
